Pets on Quilts update (and your bingo words)

We're working behind the scenes here at Lilypadquilting, preparing for the Pets on Quilts 2012 Show!! I thought you might like to take a peek through the sawdust and scaffolding, to see what's been happening!
Here, look for yourself --- click on this link and go to our special Show Page!!

Padsworth and I would love to encourage you to patronize our sponsors, and let all of them know that you appreciate their generous sponsorships!
We are expecting to hear from others who will join our happy band of sponsors, too.
Are you working on your entry for the show?

Here is an example of what you can do for an entry:

Now is that adorable, or what? That just happens to be Lulu and Maggie, at the Cotton Patch Quilt Shop!

We'll be posting a special pre-show announcement next week and clues about the splendiferous (yes, that really is a word!) prizes might just slip out! Just sayin' don't want to miss that post!

Here are your words for today for bingo!

Have a happy day of quilting!

  1. So at the end of week 2 - my 3 bingo cards have 19 buttons sewn onto them (that is total and includes the free squares.)
But I have managed to make a quilt for my little girl, it is a Humpty Dumpty Blanket and I am really pleased with it - plus I did some quilting on it - my first ever!! It is not great but she loves it and that is all that matters.

  2. hehehe...Oh my gosh cute!!!!!

  3. Sounds like fun to participate in the Pets on Quilts..

Thank you for a Boy in "B" can sew the button on tonight.

  4. Add me on as a sponsor! I want to share some prizes and of course I am going to participate again! Love it!

  5. Wow that sounds like fun- I saw the blog button and figured it was pictures of pets made into a quilt and thought- I won't have time to do that, but pictures of pets ON the quilts I can do- My kitties think they are supposed to check for quality and help guard my rulers and rotarty cutters from thieves by sitting on them. :)

    1. that would be rotary not rotarty cutters :)

  6. Thanks for the reminder about the Pets on Quilts. I immediately had a light bulb appear over my head. Just kidding. :-) I think I know exactly what quilt and what pet. It's just a matter of timing and execution because this particular pet of mine hates getting her picture taken. LOL. :-)

  7. I love the Pets on Quilts show! :) Thanks for the reminder.. No bingo's for me yet.. but having fun. Thanks for all of your hard work!

  8. I have too many photos of pets on quilts! Each time I finish one, it's a line, literally, to see where I will put it so they can claim it and lay on it.

  9. This might be perfect timing for me!
