Reveal on my "sit-still" projects

Well, it's been a long, difficult road! I don't do "sitting still" very well, as my family and friends know! I'm back on my feet now, and walking a little more each day!

(I'm linking up today with SuperMom's stitchery party! Click here to see embroidery inspiration!)

I sat down at my beloved vintage machine, Nora, and finished up these dish towels that I showed off recently.

You may recall that the designs are from Mary Engelbreit....

I tried to use some colors that had a vintage feel....

And then I stitched some "rick-rack" on the edges, to give them that vintage, fifties-kitchen vibe!

I love how they turned out! I think I will start some more, for those times that I know are coming.... those times when I begin to hear from my foot that I've been up and around a little too much! (Grin)

More merriment and mayhem coming, folks, as we continue to let you know about sponsors for our August Pets Show, and I start some new projects, too!

Love,
