This morning in the studio . . .
Snoodles! Can we go with you on your next trip to New England? Yeah! Can we go? (Dragon Drop emerges from his scrap-fabric tent.)
Aww, boys, you missed me when I was gone on business? That's so sweet!
Well, yes, (Padsworth wiggles the mouse) but we found somewhere that we want to visit! Lookie!
It's Quilter's Way! It looks awesome! The walls are my favorite color! Ribbit!
It really DOES look like an awesome brick-n-mortar store, y'all! But I have some good news! Quilter's Way has an online store, too!
I hope that all of you Lilypadquilting peeps will take a trip through cyberspace and check out the Quilter's Way store. I had better warn you, though, you'll need a cuppa and a cookie, because it will take a little while -- they have so much to see! Everything from traditional to up-to-the-minute contemporary!
That stunning Amish quilt is their BOM that begins in September! Gorgeous! (It's Nancy Rink's pattern, and the BOM is called Amish with a Twist.)
These beauties are from the Cotton and Steel folks; eight coordinated fat quarters! See, everything from traditional to contemporary . . . oh! wait, there's more to see!
(Just a note here; I absolutely adore how their site is set up -- lovely, clear navigation and crisp photos. Love it!
Quilter's Way has an awesome selection of fabrics by your favorite designers! From A - Z!

Quilter's Way stocks a dizzying array of notions, too. Here are a couple of things that caught my eye, since I'm heavily into applique these days:
That adorable, tiny iron comes with lots of bells and whistles, and a heat-resistant bag, too!
And this looks super for transferring designs . . . the lines wipe away when you're done!
But here is where I'd like you to pay Very. Close. Attention. Are you ready? They have a fabulous selection of kits available. Need a gift in a hurry? Tired of all the cutting? Snag one of these and make a beauty of a quilt pronto!
Custom college quilts . . . tell the team at Quilter's Way your college colors and they will hand-pick just the right fabrics for you to complete a quilt . . . for your graduate, or for yourself!
Need a stunning wall hanging for the Christmas season? This "Oh Tannenbaum" project should do the trick -- it finishes at 58 by 76 inches!
The Winterberry table topper kit . . . I know just the place for that, here at my place. (Grin)
At 44 by 58 inches, there will be lots of ways to use this cute and modern Tatami Mat quilt, with Rumble fabrics!
Also in the kits section, you'll find panels galore that will inspire you to make a quick quilt or quilted project . . . so much to see! I think you will love these kits by Heidi Boyd -- they're adorable!

And Miss Jane and her team are sponsoring a giveaway today!
(Drumroll, please, Padsworth!)
One lucky winner is going to win this kit! It's the "Hello Friend" Disappearing Nine Patch kit! Look at what you will receive if Mr. Random chooses your comment:
Here's what the Quilter's Way site tells about this kit:
This kit features a charm patch from the Hello Friend collection
designed by Abi Hall for Moda Fabrics. This collection combines
bright prints and blenders with a community of busy friendly animals. The charm squares are constructed into 9-patches and then sliced and rearranged to make up a lovely crib sized quilt.
Finished size: 32in x 37in.
Kit includes:
Directions for constructing disappearing 9-patch blocks
Hello Friend charm pack
5/8 yard Kona Cherry for background
3/8/ yard blue fabric for binding
Woot!
How would you like to win that kit?
Would you like some extra (optional) ways to increase your chances of winning? (I hear heads nodding!)
OK, here is how we will do this!
1. Leave a comment and tell me that you have hopped over to Quilter's Way and browsed their kits. Tell me which one is calling your name!
2. Leave me a comment telling me the motto for Quilter's Way. (If you get stuck, check their logo!)
3. Do you Facebook? Follow Quilter's Way on Facebook -- you will see lots of interesting posts there! Tell me you did, in another comment.
4. Do you enjoy Pinterest? Follow Quilter's Way on Pinterest -- inspiring stuff! Tell me you did, in another comment.
5. Are you an Instagram fan? Follow Quilter's Way on Instagram, and let me know you did!
6. Here is where it gets good -- share this giveaway on Facebook or on your own blog -- you'll get ten extra entries into the giveaway drawing!
7. For those who don't "do" Facebook or Instagram, etc., make a trip to the Fabrics section of the Quilter's Way site, and come back to tell me which fabric (not designer) you would love to see in your stash!
With all of these chances to win, I might not be able to answer every comment -- we'll leave the giveaway open for a week, and then draw our winner!
Good luck! And thank you, Quilter's Way!
Love,
