I know my friends in the Bestie Quilt Along have probably given up on me, but I did manage to finish another block!
Pardon the cruddy indoor lighting, if you will:
And here is a close up:
The colors are much nicer than that, but with buckets of rain coming down I had to photograph inside!
Quilt on, dear Lilypadquilters!
Love,
I love your block and the fabrics work so well together. I'm sorry to hear you have rain. Here in London we are enjoying some much needed sunshine and I'm hoping it will help spur me on to get on with some more blocks for my swoon quilt.
ReplyDeleteStill haven't attempted the Swoon Block, but each time I see it made up, it moves higher up on my 'must do list'!! This one is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteOh, love that black circles print!...as well as all three prints and colors together. Such a beauty of a quilt this will be!
ReplyDeleteI hate QALs that are a race - slow and steady and at your own pace - you will accomplish this.
ReplyDeleteI do so love the Swoon block and want to make it one day (soon). Yours is beautiful. Sorry you are getting another rain storm, but think how green things will be this summer!

ReplyDeleteyour blocks are turning out wonderful!!! Keep them coming =D
ReplyDeleteI always like your color combinations and the way your points line up. This block is so pretty, as yours others!
ReplyDeleteThe more of your Swoon Blocks I see, the further up on the list making one climbs!!
