Here is a sneaky peek of one of my projects . . . this is a Kaye Moore sampler that was graciously gifted to me, and I love it! It will look similar to a flag when it is complete, and the hearts will alternate with the text, making the horizontal lines.
The hearts will be blanket stitched onto the sampler, and the text will note service in the Army Air Corps --- the pre-cursor to the Air Force, in WWII. This will take a place of honor on our mantel, next to a candid shot of my dad-in-law in uniform.
