Oh my gosh...that dish towel makes me nostalgic for the ones my grandmother made. I have a stack of them that I never use because she made them, and I don’t want to wear them out. I really should just use and enjoy them because I doubt my kids will appreciate them. (She passed away long before they were born.) Glad to know you’re keeping busy while you recuperate. Looks very relaxing.
Having had a whole hip replaced earlier in the year I can sympathise with your situation especially not being able to sew. I do hope all goes well with the recovery and you are back to full strength very soon. Hugs, Susie xx
I had those of my mother's that she embroidered when I was a toddler, but I actually used them through the many years ...all unknowingly and they are shredded and gone due to a million years of use. Makes me sad. I have all the embroidery that I have done but now I have carpal tunnel syndrome and the resultant neuropathy so I can't really enjoy my embroidery any longer. Loved seeing yours. :0(
I am so happy to hear from you! I try to respond to all comments, but lately blogger has made that difficult! If you do not receive a reply, it may be because your profile is set on "no-reply". Edit your profile, and click "show my email address" and we'll be able to talk! Please do not leave links to un-related blogs or products. That is not good etiquette and they will be deleted! :)
The "No-Oven" way to make biscuits .keep resting.
